Disclaimer
This policy applies to tiles (wall and floor), stone cladding, brick cladding, pebbles, installation accessories, designer basins, kitchen sinks, and similar products.
- As these products belong to the fragile category, minor damages of approximately 2–3% of the order may occur during handling and shipping despite thorough quality checks. Such pieces can often be reused for skirting or cut work.
- If damages exceed this margin, customers are encouraged to contact our customer care team to request a replacement.
Damage Replacement Policy
The following situations will render any replacement request invalid:
- Damage caused by manhandling or improper treatment of the original packaging
- Damage resulting from mishandling during delivery, storage, or installation
- Defects arising from poor or substandard installation practices
- Physical or chemical damage during or after installation
- Negligence or errors during installation, including grouting issues
- Damage caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance
Eligibility for Return
Users may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:
- Incorrect product received (e.g., wrong size, color, or item).
- Breakage exceeding 2–3% during shipping and handling .
- Any other valid reason deemed appropriate by Jash Ceramic.
Refund Process
To request a return or refund, customers must follow these steps:

- Our team will review the request and assess eligibility based on the conditions outlined in this policy.
- If the return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be provided in the following situations:
- Misuse or improper handling of the product.
- Products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way.
